When you submit a service booking request, we collect the name, phone number, locality, AC type, service required, and preferred time you provide. If you arrive from an online advertisement, we may also record standard campaign parameters (such as a Google click identifier or UTM tags) to understand which advertising led to your request.
Information you submit is used only to contact you about your AC service request, schedule a technician visit, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Booking request information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for service, follow-up, and business records.
