A service booking request can be cancelled or rescheduled any time before a technician visit is confirmed, by calling 1800-102-5469.
If payment is collected in advance for a service and the visit does not take place as agreed, a refund will be processed after confirming the details with you by phone. For work already completed by a technician, refunds are handled case-by-case based on the specific issue.
